If you would like to view the exhibition boards (from our recent consultation sessions) that provide an overview of our proposals to update the Ruby Triangle site. The plans include new student accommodation and hotel uses, alongside the delivery of 40 % on site affordable housing. The proposals also feature public realm enhancements, including a public park and cycle storage.

Aligned with the Old Kent Road regeneration framework, these emerging proposals aim to introduce a balanced mix of housing options and community-focused amenities.
